What the report is for
I accept instructions from landlord and defence solicitors. The cases are possession claims and injunctions, and whether a person can decide to end a tenancy, accept an offer, or sign a new agreement.
Capacity
To conduct the proceedings, to understand and comply with a tenancy or injunction, and to make a decision about an offer of accommodation.
The behaviour alleged
Whether illness caused or contributed to the anti-social behaviour, nuisance, or difficulty with neighbours and landlord staff.
Disability and support
The effect of a mental impairment on day-to-day activities, treatment, and whether the person can live without support.
